This is amazing. Simple, and amazing. Instead of talking about all of the things you hate about your body, think of the things your body has done for you, what your body has been through and survived; after all, where would you be without your body? ;)
In addition to thinking of the things your body has gone through, think of ways in which it can improve, or challenge yourself to repeat certain events (i.e. in the picture she has her legs labeled as “ran 12km,” why not see if you could do that again or go even further?) Try out the positive side of the spectrum. Sometimes it is near impossible to be positive, but try.
